About

This role exists for an AI Developer to build and deploy practical AI-powered solutions that improve the company's internal operations and client-facing products. You will develop tools, automate workflows, and integrate modern AI technologies (LLMs, APIs, and no-code platforms) to solve real business challenges alongside media, content, and strategy teams.

This is dedicated, full-time work designed for meaningful impact, stability, and professional growth. You will own AI solutions end-to-end, from prototype to deployed, documented systems, with the backing of cross-functional teams and continuous investment in your development.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy AI-powered tools for internal operations and client-facing products.

• Develop end-to-end automations across content, media, and business workflows.

• Integrate LLMs, including Claude and OpenAI, into APIs, systems, and data pipelines.

• Develop solutions using Python, JavaScript, no-code platforms, and modern AI development tools.

• Prototype, test, troubleshoot, and improve AI solutions for reliability and performance.

• Collaborate with media, content, and strategy teams to identify automation opportunities.

• Own deployed systems end-to-end, maintaining clear documentation so they stay reliable and easy to operate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and deploying AI tools or LLM-powered systems, with proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (must-have).

• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs such as Claude or OpenAI into production systems (must-have).

• Strong knowledge of API integrations, testing, deployment, and system documentation (must-have).

• Ability to independently turn ideas into working software with minimal supervision (must-have).

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills (must-have).

• Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET (must-have).

• Hands-on experience with Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar AI development tools preferred.

• Experience with Supabase, Vercel, Git, and automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n preferred.
