Sales Appointment Setter

Job Description

About

This role exists for a Sales Appointment Setter to build and qualify the company's sales pipeline by connecting with prospective members, assessing their fit, and scheduling appointments with the sales team. The role supports membership sales, including the Boardroom offering, by managing consistent outreach, timely follow-ups, and accurate CRM records to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects and a reliable sales pipeline.

This is dedicated, full-time work designed for meaningful impact, stability, and professional growth. You will have the structure, tooling, and support to do the job well over the long term, and room to sharpen your sales craft as you go.

Responsibilities

  • Contact assigned leads by phone, email, and text using approved messaging and follow-up plans.

  • Learn the company's offers, ask useful qualifying questions, and book qualified appointments with the appropriate salesperson.

  • Confirm appointments, follow up with no-shows, and keep interested prospects moving toward a conversation.

  • Maintain accurate contact records, notes, tasks, appointment statuses, and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel.

  • Report outreach activity, qualified appointments booked, appointments held, and follow-up gaps; share recurring questions and objections with the sales team.

  • Own the quality bar for handoffs: qualified prospects reach the sales team with clear notes, appointments are confirmed, follow-up is timely, and CRM records accurately reflect the pipeline.

  • Use AI tools where helpful to speed up research, drafting, and follow-up without losing a human, consultative tone.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated appointment-setting, inside sales, or outbound calling experience; comfortable initiating conversations and handling objections (must-have).

  • Strong spoken and written English, a confident phone presence, and the judgment to qualify a prospect without overselling (must-have).

  • Strong CRM skills with a disciplined approach to pipeline management (must-have); GoHighLevel experience preferred, and candidates using another CRM must demonstrate the ability to learn GoHighLevel quickly.

  • Consistent follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage outreach and follow-ups independently (must-have).

  • Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), including a 1-hour break, with occasional schedule flexibility based on events (must-have).

Tools You'll Use

  • CRM & Pipeline: GoHighLevel (preferred; required to learn quickly if coming from another CRM)
