This role exists to keep a real estate team's marketing engine and back-office operations running smoothly across CRM, listings, email, social media, and the website. Sitting alongside agents, a transaction coordinator, and marketing efforts, the Real Estate Operations Manager makes sure leads are organized, listings are packaged well, and every channel that touches a client or prospect stays current and on-brand.

Responsibilities

• Own follow-up on the Follow Up Boss migration and integration, including email blasts, CRM organization, market updates, categorizing, and tagging so the database stays clean and actionable.

• Prepare and organize listing collateral for distribution, keeping assets consistent and ready to go when new properties come to market.

• Coordinate with the transaction coordinator on managing new listing checklists so nothing slips between marketing and transactions.

• Assist with marketing efforts across email, social media, and collateral creation to support agent visibility.

• Manage the Agent Fire website to keep listings, content, and pages current and optimized.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Follow Up Boss, including CRM organization, tagging, and email campaigns (must-have).

• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle marketing, CRM, and listing tasks in parallel (must-have).

• Comfort working with real estate-specific tools and platforms (must-have).

• Experience with email marketing platforms and real estate marketing preferred.

• Experience with SkySlope or similar transaction platforms is a plus, but not required.
