About
This role plugs into founders, marketing teams, and brand leaders who value ownership, taste, and follow-through in equal measure. You serve as a versatile marketing operator who combines strategic thinking with execution across social media, content creation, performance marketing, and brand strategy. Expectations are clear, the bar is high, and the support is real.
This is dedicated, full-time work designed for meaningful impact, stability, and professional growth. Not freelance, not temporary. A career pathway with a floor under it, built for operators who want to deepen their craft across marketing pillars while staying supported through every placement.
Responsibilities
Own the content calendar end to end across social platforms, including strategy, writing, and scheduling, and stay native to at least two platforms and dangerous on a third.
Handle community management, DMs, and the comment section so the brand shows up consistently in every interaction.
Create short-form video scripts, carousels, long-form posts, blogs, and newsletters, turning a founder's rambling voice note into three assets by Thursday.
Produce collateral in Canva (Figma a plus) and handle basic video editing, using AI tools in the daily workflow to draft copy, brainstorm ideas, and speed up production.
Build, launch, and monitor paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and/or LinkedIn, flagging the ad quietly burning budget on a Tuesday before the monthly report does.
Manage email marketing workflows, automation, landing pages, and UTM hygiene.
Coordinate campaigns and launches on timelines that don't slip.
Read and report metrics in GA4, HubSpot, or equivalent, and translate CTRs and performance data into a next action, not just a screenshot.
Hold positioning, messaging, and voice consistent across every channel, and say why a piece of copy is off-brand specifically, not vaguely.
Summarize competitor, trend, and audience research into takeaways someone can act on.
See the gap in the content calendar and fill it without waiting for a brief, shipping volume at a quality that doesn't need three rounds of fixing.
Qualifications
3+ years in marketing with real ownership, not execution support (must-have)
Demonstrable work across at least three of the four pillars (social, content, performance, brand) with genuine depth in one (must-have)

A portfolio or body of work you can walk through: what you made, why you made it, and what it did (must-have)
Proficiency in Canva or an equivalent design tool (must-have); Figma preferred
Strong understanding of the major social platforms, not just personal use (must-have)
Comfortable with numbers, able to read a CTR and say what to do about it (must-have)
Strong AI tool literacy, comfortable using AI to draft, brainstorm, and speed up daily marketing work (must-have)
Fast with unfamiliar tools, since the stack changes with every client (must-have)
Reliable internet with backup connectivity, a quiet workspace, and real overlap with your client's core hours (must-have)
An opinion about the brand you can defend with a reason, not a vibe, and a hypothesis ready the morning after a campaign misses
