About
This role exists to keep estimation and installation projects moving accurately and on time for a fast-growing home services business supporting Lowe's Home Improvement partnerships. The Estimation Coordinator plugs into a cross-functional team of installers, customer service reps, and internal operations staff, owning the estimation workflow end to end and acting as the connective tissue between customers, installers, and back-office processes. The impact shows up in cleaner work orders, fewer onsite surprises, faster resolutions, and customers who feel supported through every stage of their install.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end estimation and installation workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality execution
- Review and validate work orders, estimates, and technical details to prevent errors and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Communicate with customers, installers, and internal teams to align on project scope, timelines, and expectations
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations across phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution and professional service
- Conduct follow-ups, satisfaction checks, and post-install surveys to maintain a high-quality customer experience
- Partner with installers to address onsite changes, negotiate adjustments, and support project completion
- Support financial processes by assisting with approvals, tracking project changes, and ensuring alignment with budgets
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems, ensuring all project data is up to date
- Identify issues early and take initiative to resolve them, escalating when necessary to keep operations running smoothly
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up documentation, communication drafts, and workflow tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with one to two years of related experience and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (must-have)
- Prior experience in customer service management (must-have)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos, write clear letters and documents, and proofread your own work (must-have)
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide across all units of measure for basic algebraic and geometric calculations (must-have)
- Ability to apply reasoned business judgment, work through problems with a few concrete variables, and adapt to changing conditions (must-have)
- Working knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment, plus database, spreadsheet, email, and word processing software (must-have)
- Strong oral and written communication in English (must-have)
- Comfort using Google Workspace day to day (must-have)
