About
This role owns how the client side of the company shows up in public: content, organic social, email, and the founder's voice. It lives in social, not adjacent to it. There is no ad budget to hide behind, which means the work either connects or it doesn't, and you'll know quickly either way.
In exchange you get real creative control, collaboration with a small team, and your fingerprints visible on everything, plugged into a company that places vetted remote operators with founder-led and small businesses across finance, healthcare, legal, tech, startup, and property management.
This is dedicated, full-time work designed for meaningful impact, stability, and professional growth. You'll have the runway to build a body of public work with your name attached, backed by a team that treats craft as the point rather than the afterthought.
Responsibilities
Capture attention: Craft hooks, first frames, and first lines that are native to each platform, never one asset cross-posted four ways.
Keep attention: Build series over one-offs and formats people start looking for, optimizing for retention, saves, and returns rather than just reach.
Nurture attention: Work the comments, DMs, email, and community; know when a thread should become a conversation and make that feel like a favor rather than a funnel.
Create content end to end: Write it, shoot it, cut it, ship it across carousels, short-form video, long-form posts, case studies, and one-pagers, so it reads like a human made it on purpose.
Publish weekly blog content alongside a consistent social rhythm, then live in the comments with trend judgment, platform-native formats, and same-day replies.
Run email marketing and nurture: Build sequences that read like a person, not a CRM. You'll inherit a template system and brand kit, and you're welcome to break both and rebuild them better.
Own LinkedIn, podcast, PR, and media: Ghostwrite and produce for the founder and team leads, book guests, cut clips, and pitch placements, making other people sound like themselves.
Manage client and partner marketing: Take partnerships from "we should do something together" to launched, including angle, assets, copy, landing page, and launch post, so collaborations ship instead of dying in a thread.
Support business development: Turn around decks, one-pagers, proposal polish, and co-marketing quickly with taste intact.
In the first 90 days: learn the client side from the inside (brand, ICP, messaging), lock a publishing rhythm with two or three formats, and take full ownership of the hero platform and its metrics.
