About
The company is a fast-growing creator-led media brand in the fashion, beauty, home, and wellness space, built to help busy, values-driven women spend wisely and feel more like themselves. It operates like a studio, with structured workflows, batch production, and clear performance metrics, running a high-output content machine designed to compound: more output, higher quality, faster iteration, and deeper audience trust over time. This role sits at the bridge between the founder's ideas and what goes live, owning the strategy, packaging, and execution of short-form and platform-native content across Instagram, Facebook, and beyond, and turning raw videos, b-roll, product lists, and voice notes into finished, on-brand assets that drive affiliate revenue and genuine community value.
This is dedicated, full-time work designed for meaningful impact, stability, and professional growth. It is a high-output individual contributor seat (not a director role) with real ownership over content systems, daily output, and measurable performance, backed by a VA/EVA for support and a clear path to scale your craft over the long term.
Responsibilities
Own the Instagram and Facebook content strategy, publishing calendar, and daily content pipeline across Reels, Stories, Carousels, and repurposed content.
Maintain a production target of 12+ completed content pieces per weekday, with the goal of scaling output through efficient systems.
Transform founder videos, voice notes, and product recommendations into detailed creative briefs, shot lists, and content plans for editors.
Build scalable content systems by expanding faceless content, repurposing top-performing assets, and continuously testing hooks, formats, covers, and CTAs.
Direct and quality-check editor output by providing clear creative feedback and ensuring all published content aligns with Mint Arrow's brand and performance standards.
Own social performance reporting by tracking audience growth, engagement, click-throughs, and revenue, using insights to optimize future content strategy.
Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate ideation, research, and content development while maintaining the brand's authentic voice.
Collaborate with the VA/EVA on content organization, publishing, asset management, and workflow coordination to keep the content engine running efficiently.
