About
This role exists to keep real estate deals moving cleanly across a growing collaboration of brokerages spanning the Midwest, the DC area, and the Bay Area. You will plug into transaction coordination teams and work shoulder to shoulder with agents, coordinators, escrow officers, and vendors to maintain seamless deal progression while optimizing the systems and processes behind them. The impact is direct: fewer delays at closing, tighter compliance across regions, and workflows that scale as the brokerages grow. The support behind you includes dedicated success coaching and a team invested in your outcomes.
This is dedicated, full-time work designed for meaningful impact, stability, and professional growth, not freelance or short-term engagement. You will own transactions end to end, refine how the work gets done, and build a long-term career in real estate operations.
